Banana Churros And Ice Cream
For a fun sweet treat try these banana churros made with Mountain Bread, tossed in sugar and cinnamon and served with ice cream – amazing and so easy!

Cook time: 40 minutes
INGREDIENTS
4 sheets of Mountain Bread™
2-3 ripe bananas
50ml water
½ cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
3 tbsp vegetable oil
DIRECTIONS
Cut Mountain Bread™ sheets into 4 triangles, and then cut the bananas into 5-6 cm pieces. Wrap each piece of banana in Mountain Bread™, seal together with a little water and by pressing the edges.
Blend sugar and cinnamon together.
Heat the oil in a pan to medium heat. Place the fritters in the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes, turn over and cook evenly.
Remove fritters from the pan and toss immediately in sugar mixture until fully covered.Serve with ice-cream.
