Wheat Flour, wheat bran, dehydrated onion (3%), sage (1%), salt, yeast, sugar.

Gerry's stuffing. Good.
Stuffed two chicken breasts with the following.
1 cup of stuffing mix.
Zest of a tangelo. 1 cup of tangelo juice..
1 cup of walnuts..chopped.
Fill pocket and seal.
Wrap breast in thinly sliced bacon.
Sprinkle any left over stuffing , dot liberally with butter. Cook in covered dish with one cup of chicken stock. Remove lid after 20 mins to brown top of chicken.
I serve this cold...sliced with a beetroot and feta salad with a coconut yoghurt....and salad leaves.

Let it sit for 5 mins.
