Delivery/Shipping Information

 

New Zealand Wide Delivery

We currently use PBT Couriers for deliveries within New Zealand (occasionally NZPost if Rural). Shipping is FREE for all orders over $30, excluding postal addresses that are Rural, Waiheke Island and Great Barrier, also excludes bundle deals. Estimated delivery times from dispatch with PBT are 1-2 working days for Local/Christchurch and 2-3 working days for the rest of NZ, please allow an extra 2 days for rural deliveries. Orders are generally processed and dispatched Monday-Friday excluding NZ public holidays. Please note that the delivery times are from the date of dispatch.

Once you have completed your order and payment you will be sent out an order confirmation from us. Once your order has been processed in our factory you will receive an email containing a tracking code from PBT Couriers. If you do not have this in your inbox, please check your ‘junk’/’spam’ email folders as email settings may have sent it there.

Once items have left our factory, we cannot control hold-ups in the courier delivery process so please contact PBT Couriers if there are any delays in your product delivery as per the tracking information. We only deliver to New Zealand Street addresses.

We aim to dispatch/process orders within 48hours after an order is placed, however this can vary due to stock availability.
