These white buns are a game changer! They are absolutely delicious and I highly recommend them!

Holy crap Gerry, you've done it again!! Just had one of these for tea with a burger patty and cheese, and wow, just wow, I havnt had a real burger in over eight years since I went low carb, nearly almost shed a tear! Every bit as good as I remember high carb buns being, no weird chewy texture, no weird taste, no weird smell, just a straight up, EDIBLE, low carb white bread bun. This is the first low carb bun ive ever eaten that was actually GOOD, and boy ive tried many many recipes before! Really happy that im moving somewhere that has a chest freezer soon, cus im going to need to stock up on these for when the burger-need hits! Actually blown away by how edible these are haha! Smashed it out of the park again! Between these burger buns, and the Almond/Coconut bread for having cheese toasties again, im in a much happier place!
