Gerry’s Low Carb Buns are crafted with healthy ingredients like Hemp Seeds, Sunflower Kernels, Linseeds and Lupin – a wonder food uniquely high in protein and dietary fibre.
A good source of protein and a low-GI food, lupin sustains energy levels for longer without spiking blood sugar which may suit diabetics.
With 80% less carbs than white bread* and no added sugar or oil, Gerry’s Low Carb Buns may be suitable for a ketogenic diet.
Our Gerry’s Rolls are shipped out on the day of bake, we gas-flush and vacuum seal the packaging all to ensure optimal freshness of your product. Orders are shipped in a custom sized box to keep the product snug and avoid movement during transit.

I highly recommend Gerrys buns. They are my absolute favourite. I LOVE the pumpkin seeds on top, makes them 10/10. Super soft and taste delicious as a burger with a Nashville chicken tender, pineapple slice, Lettuce and cheese. Please don’t change a thing with these as they are perfect. Fantastic if you are doing WW as they are only 3sp😉 Good work Gerrys ( wish our local supermarket sold them)

Absolutely love these buns! I’m not low carb but buy Gerry’s products for their high protein and fibre content and love all their products. I eat these every day for lunch and love them toasted as well.
