This Easy As Keto Scone Mix will give you a slight dense yet filling scone & it is not made too sweet too, so you can add in or create your own savoury style keto scone by adding in some grated cheese, herbs, spices or whatever your savoury craving fancies in the mix or even by simply serving the plain scone mix with melted cheese and ham on top. Sweet or savoury version is your choice
The mix is made with no wheat or gluten, just the finest of almond meal & coconut flour is used. Plus, the best part is each scone will deliver you only 2.6 g carbs per serve & made with only the finest of natural ingredients!
This scone mix makes 4 scones that when cooked weighs 53g.

What you need
135g Justine’s Easy As Keto Scone Mix
30g Pure Heavy whipping Cream
30g Butter cut into small knobs
50g (1) Egg whole
1.Preheat your oven to 180C.
2.In an electric mixing bowl, add in Justine’s Easy As Keto Scone Mix .
3.Add in small knobs of the butter & mix in mixer till fine crumbs form.
4.Whisk egg & cream together & mix in to the dry mix & mix till well combined
5.Roll mixture on bench to a log shape & cut into 4 even pieces about 57g each
6.Press slightly each piece ( if you don’t want them too thick)
7.Bake on a baking sheet in the oven for 15 minutes or until lightly brown on the outside.
8.Once cooked, allow to cool slightly before serving due to the nature of gluten free baking they might be fragile while still hot.
Serve with lashings of butter, your favourite sugar free jam, a dollop of whipped cream for complete scone heaven!
Optional. As we have made this scone mix not too sweet, you can also create your favourite savoury scones by adding in grated cheese, chives, ham , herbs or whatever you please!
Keep these scones out of the fridge, and in an air tight container at room temperature. They will last one to two weeks out of the fridge.
Perfect also to make & stock your freezer to stave off those scone cravings.
