DELIVERY & STORAGE
Our Gerry’s Rolls are shipped out on the day of bake, we gas-flush and vacuum seal the packaging all to ensure optimal freshness of your product. Orders are shipped in a custom sized box to keep the product snug and avoid movement during transit. Upon receipt, we recommend storing in the fridge or freezer. Product can be stored in the freezer for up to 12 months. 18 day shelf life from the day of bake.
