Gerry’s Low Carb rolls are crammed with healthy ingredients like Hemp Seeds, Sunflower Kernels, Linseeds and Lupin – a wonder food uniquely high in protein and dietary fibre.
A good source of protein from the Faba bean flour that will ensure these not only taste great but keep you full longer. Faba beans are rich in plant protein, folate and several other vitamins and minerals such as manganese that may assist with bone loss, iron, magnesium and potassium. They are also loaded with soluble fiber that can aid in digestion and lower cholesterol levels.
With 80% less carbs than white bread* and no added sugar or oil, Gerry’s Low Carb roll may be suitable for a ketogenic diet.
