Garlic Chips & Dips

A tasty TV snack for one, or an easy-to-prepare sharing dish for a small gathering; these chips and dips are easy to make with fresh, healthy ingredients.
INGREDIENTS
4-6 sheets of Mountain Bread™ cut into 8cm triangles or squares
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons fresh chopped herbs of your choice
1 clove garlic, crushed
Guacamole
1 ripe avocado
½ lemon, juiced
½ small Spanish onion, finely diced
1 tomato, finely diced
1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
Tzatziki
1 cup yoghurt, Greek style
1 clove garlic, crushed
½ cucumber, finely diced
squeeze of lemon juice
salt and pepper
DIRECTIONS
Serves 4+
Prep time: 30 minutes
Cooking time: 10 minutes
Chips
Pre heat oven to 200C.
Blend olive oil, garlic and herbs together and brush over Mountain Bread™.
Place on trays, but take care not to over lap the pieces. Bake in oven for 5 minutes or until crisp before removing and cooling until hard and crispy. Store in an air tight container.
Guacamole
Mash avocado with fork and blend with the other ingredients and refrigerate for up to 2 days before serving.
Tzatziki
Blend all ingredients and refrigerate for up to 2 days before serving.
