Low carb quesadillas, tortillas and kids’ crackers feature in these keto-friendly recipes made by fans of our Go Low Carb Wrap.

This wrap has been around for years and is a much-loved Kiwi staple by those trying to cut their daily carbs.

These wraps have only 11.4g of carbs per wrap, making them the  perfect option for those on low carb diets.

Low carb and keto diets aim to switch your body from burning glucose to burning fat, by restricting carbs in your diet and replacing them with healthy fats.

Add some protein, crunchy goodness to your yogurt with Gerry`s Power Flakes in homemade granola!

Did you know that with their high protein and fiber content, lupin flakes can help keep you feeling fuller for longer and provide a nutritious start to your day? We have been adding hemp seeds, walnuts and some oats to our homemade granola recently.

GERRY`S HOMEMADE GRANOLA RECIPE:

1/3cp Gerry`s Power Flakes
1cp Gluten Free Rolled oats
1/4cp Hemp Seeds
1/4cup Sunflower seeds
1/4cp Walnuts
1/4cp Almond slivers
1/3cp Coconut oil (melted)
1/4cp Maple Syrup (sugar free if you have it)
2tbs water
1tsp vanilla

You can easily substitute different types of nut, chia seeds, flax seeds depending on what you have at the time.

1. Heat the oven to 160 bake
2. Mix the dry ingredients
3. Melt the coconut oil and add the maple syrup, then pour over dry ingredients. Combine.
4. Spread on a parchment paper lined baking tray. Bake for 30min or until lightly golden.
5. Carefully mix the granola half-way through to ensure even baking.
6. Remove from oven and allow to cool. Gently stir to keep from sticking.

Store in airtight glass container. Keeps for up to 1 month.
